Once you have submitted your details and it has been approved, you will be able to play our Quiz by selecting a plan (either a _BRONZE_ or a _SILVER_ ) and also shop directly from our online store using your wallet balance, bonus or the Cash on delivery

*Why do I pay #1,500 for the SILVER plan for 7 days?* The sum of #1,000 is usually locked each week for the period of six months and you are required to get 7 persons who subscribe to SILVER plan before you can cash out the #100,000 and #50,000 naira online voucher.

*Can I step up or step down my plan?*
You can only step up from BRONZE to SILVER plan, but cannot step down to the BRONZE from the SILVER plan.

*When does  subscription to a plan close and how long does it take for payment to be approved?*  Subscription to a plan closes 2hrs before the plan takes effect. Payments are usually approved immediately it is received.

*Are there sign up bonus?*
Yes, there are sign-up bonuses but this may vary pending on the time of your registration

*Will I be able to use my total sign bonus immediately I register?* No, signup bonuses are used to subsidize any of the services or plan you sign up for (e.g SILVER plan, BRONZE plan, shopping from our online store, purchase of airtime, vouchers for signing up new referrals etc).

*Will I be able to withdraw my total cash out from the Quiz & shopping top-ups at once?*
No, you will only be able to withdraw 70% of the amount won from the quiz this can either be requested for cash or used to shop from online store. You can only shop with 50% of your shopping top-ups.

 _Note: all percentage balances will be reserved for subsequent shopping_

*How do I get my shopping top-ups?*
Shopping top-ups are usually gotten from share N earn (sharing a post daily on social media gives you #50), participating in the quiz (you get #100), percentage balances etc.
